Imperceptions Wire aims to preserve an accurate public record of published releases.

When a material error is identified, the affected release should be reviewed, corrected and annotated with a plain-language note explaining the change. The modification timestamp should reflect the update, and syndication partners should be notified when relevant.

Minor typographic changes may be corrected without a separate notice where they do not change meaning. Material corrections, withdrawal of a claim or retractions should not be concealed by quietly replacing the original content.

Corrections can be directed through the media contact supplied on the relevant release until a central corrections inbox is configured.
